Pressure Vessel & Pressure Relief Valve
We have certified AICIP and API510 pressure equipment inspectors to help our clients satisfy the statutory compliance inspections to
AS/NZS 3788-2006.
AIS has the ability to calibrate, test, inspect and verify pressure relief devices in accordance with applicable standards.
We also carry a stock of replacement pressure relief valves to try and minimize equipment down time in the event of a non compliant valve being found during test.
Hydrostatic Pressure Testing
We can hydrostatically test high pressure low volume equipment up to a maximum of 15,000 psi from our fully equipped service vehicles. We use calibrated digital pressure gauges and can provide full inspection data logs alongside a comprehensive inspection report.
